Tad Wilkes has covered the hospitality industry for more than 25 years as a journalist and editor in the hospitality industry, including roles as editor-in-chief of Nightclub & Bar and Hotel F&B magazines. With an eye toward hospitality strategies and concepts that drive operator success and professional development, Tad has delved into programs in settings ranging from bars and restaurants to the hotel restaurants and banquet business—at every service level and at every size company.
Before founding Wilkes Works Communication Consulting in 2024, Tad worked with Red Window Communications as senior account manager and then as senior content producer, serving a broad range of marketing clients.
Tad also has practiced law in Mississippi and South Carolina. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism and a Juris Doctor degree in law from the University of Mississippi.
